Korean Beef



20 minute meal. 

If you're in a rush this is the meal for you.


Ingredients;

1lb/ 500 g of minced beef. 
1 Large onion, finely chopped.
1 Red bell pepper, roughly chopped.
1 Green bell pepper, roughly chopped.
4 Cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
3-4 Green finger chillies, finely chopped (with seeds).
6 Tablespoons of dark soy sauce.
2 Tablespoons of vinegar.
1 Teaspoon of ground ginger.
1/2 Teaspoon of five spice.
1/2 Teaspoon of salt.



Method;

1. In a large frying pan or wok, stir fry the onions, bell peppers and garlic until the onions are soft then add the minced beef and stir fry until all the beef is browned.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir in well. Lower the heat and simmer for five to ten minutes (depending on how soft you like your peppers).


Serve on a bed of basmati rice.
